Privacy Policy

With the following statement we comply with the duty to provide information and inform you about the storage of data, the type of data, its purpose as well as our identity. We also inform about the initial transfer and the type of transfered data. 

1. Subject of data protection
Subject of data protection is personal data This is specific information about personal or other circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes name, postal address, e-mail address as well as usage data such as the IP address of a computer.

(3) Disclosure of data to state institutions and authorities
Personal data will only be collected and transferred to governmental institutions and authorities entitled to be informed and in connection with mandatory legal provisions or if we are obliged by court order.

(4) Advertisement
We only process or use personal data insofar as it is listed or otherwise aggregated data about members of a group of people, and which is limited to the belonging of the customer to this group of people, his job, industry or trade name, his name, title, academic degree, his address and birth date, and if the processing or use is required. The data is used for:
- marketing purposes for own offers of the responsible party which has collected the data, with the exception of the indication of the customer's belonging to a group, due to the formation, execution or cancelation of a legal or similar contractual relationship, or if the data was collected from a freely accessible address, telephone, industry or a similar directory,
- marketing purposes in view of the customer's profession and his professional address,

(5) Data transfer to foreign countries
We strictly do not transfer any collected data to foreign countries.

(6) Google Analytics
This web page uses Google Analytics, an online analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". Cookies are text files which are saved on your computer and allow for an analysis of how you use the website.  The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will under no circumstances bring your IP Address into contact with other Google data. (7) Use of tele media
We collect and use personal data insofar as it is necessary to allow for the use of tele media (usage data). This data includes in particular features for the identification of the customer, information about begin and end date of use as well as the extent of the respective use, and information about the type of tele media used by the customer.

4. Minors
We are particularly interested in ensuring the protection of personal data of infants and children. Therefore, personal data of infants or children will not knowingly be collected, processed or used unless the parents or legal guardians give their explicit consent. If we notice that minors themselves enter personal data without the respective consent or if personal data of infants or children is entered by others, we will immediately delete such data.

5. Right to information
The customer has at any time the right to demand information about the data stored about him, about the origin of this data, their recipients, the purpose for which they are stored as well as persons and offices to whom we regularly transmit this data

6. Deletion and blocking
We shall be obliged to delete personal data processed for own purposes as soon as your knowledge is no longer required for the fulfilment of the purpose of the storage. If, due to legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, deletion is prohibited, data is blocked instead. Data will also be blocked if there are reasonable grounds that by deleting the data, protectable interests of the person affected would be compromised or if a deletion is not possible due to the particular storage type or if the necessary effort to do so would be disproportionate.
At your request we shall at any time be obliged to block, correct or delete the data we collected from you. We shall also delete the data in case you revoke your consent to collect, process or use personal data. Should you revoke your consent during an active business process, the deletion will immediately be executed after the completion of this process.
Other legal obligations to delete or block data shall remain unaffected by this.

7. Technical and organizational measures
We shall be obliged to take the technical and organizational measures which are required to guarantee conformance with the data protection regulations insofar as the extent is appropriate for the desired protective purpose. When communicating via e-mail, we cannot ensure full data security. Therefore, we recommend sending confidential information by regular mail.

9. Revocation
The customer may revoke his consent for the collection, processing and use of his data with effect for the future at any time. The revocation is to be sent to:
