Michael has been leading the MedITEX-team since the beginning of time. His main tasks include making important corporate decisions, setting the course for the future and keeping an eye on the company's overall operations.

Andy has made sure to keep our beloved company safe since the beginning. He's our pro at finances, Human Resource, contract management and is the head of the head-office.

Mirjam has been in our team since the beginning of MedITEX and you could not imagine our company without her. She played a major role in the development of MedITEX IVF and is our database expert. Mirjam is responsible for internal processes and process optimization, supervises concepts as well as reviews and coaches new team members.

Patrick is the manager of the Head office, which means he assists the executive board in all aspects of the business, takes care of the personnel and financial management and interfaces with customers, business partners and distributors. Besides that, he also works as internal data protection officer.

Lea is responsible for the human resource management as well as the office management, which means she makes sure that everything in our office is going smooth and everyone is happy! She also takes care of accounting, including sending invoices or monitoring payments, and she is known as the contact person for questions in that area.

Sebastian is the manager of the Software Development Department, which means he is responsible for the developer team, the roadmap and release planning. Additionally, he takes care of the technical reviews, concepts and API Design.

Harald is the Senior Software Developer and his main tasks include Rest-API and database interfaces and optimization. Harald also creates and improves all MedITEX-applications for the best workflow possible.

Andreas works in the Software Development team and his main tasks include creating applications and components, connecting interfaces to third party applications and medical devices. He is also responsible for performance optimization and he builds automation tools for internal processes.

Josef is part of our development team and his main tasks are maintaining our core product as well as designing and developing new innovative applications.

David is part of our Development department. He is an expert in Web Development and conceives and implements future projects.

Johann is responsible for the conception and development of new features in web development. He also takes care of the maintenance of existing projects.

Nicole is responsible for the maintenance of existing projects, as well as conception and development of new features in web development.

As a software architect, Luise creates concepts for new features and projects and supports the web development department. She also takes care of the project management and is responsible for the planning and the communication with our business partners.

Mona works in Software Development and requirements engineering, with her main tasks being creating efficient workflow for maintaining and publishing REST APIs, various tasks in the field of database programming, designing and maintaining our company website, developing concepts and requirements.

Haythem works in International Support, with his main tasks being REST API development, historic data migrations and KPI development.

Alberto's main tasks include creating components to facilitate the programming work of teammates and investigating complex issues. Alberto is also responsible for reviewing and converting legacy programming pieces and ensuring our software using latest technologies.

Julia is the head of the Support Team and responsible for all processes and procedures of the support (e.g. optimization) and manages the DIR/ARTbox. Additionally, she is responsible for the interface between support, development and head office.

Lucas manages our international support and sales, is responsible for customer on-boarding and consulting and makes sure you have the most amazing user experience and system integration.

Anna is leading our German technical support team and answers questions all around MedITEX IVF and our many amazing modules. Anna also prepares offers for our customers and will soon be training our apprentices.

Slim works with our MedITEX Support team and manages projects and trainings. Additionally, he takes care of database development, and is responsible for the system integrations and implementations.

Guilherme supports our International Clinics and Distributors and is responsible for training new customers and creating personalized reports.

Filippo is responsible for all tasks concerning customer support, such as problem-solving, expert queries, trainings, and many more. He also takes care of the data verification of the ARTbox for our national registries.

Lena is a member of our German Support Team, which means she's responsible for problem-solving, expert queries, trainings, and much more. She helps people with questions all around MedITEX and our many modules.

Thomas is a member of our German Support Team, meaning he works in technical support and helps people with questions all around MedITEX. Thomas also takes care of the MedITEX ARTbox and is a pro when it comes to MedITEX Survey.

Johannes is an appreciated team member of our German Support Division and takes care of incoming customer calls. Additionally, he solves technical problems together with the team and is responsible for testing the software.

With his previous experience as an embryologist at leading IVF centers using MedITEX IVF, Mohamad brings a big amount of expertise to our team. He's a key player in our support, providing valuable assistance in process optimization, workshops, training, and module sales. Additionally, he's also part of our technical support team, ensuring that our users' experience is smooth and efficient.

Patrick also works in our Marketing apartment. He is responsible for our Marketing strategy as well as important Marketing decisions.

Lea also works in our marketing department. She plans our appearance at congresses, designs our posts and graphics and develops marketing strategies for our company, especially for our website, newsletter and social media.

Tanja is responsible for managing our social media accounts. Her main tasks include text composing for social media and product descriptions, as well as researching for congresses, events and other things.

Lucas manages our international support and sales, is responsible for customer on-boarding and consulting and makes sure you have the most amazing user experience and system integration.

Francesca is responsible for expanding our company’s reach and strengthening its impact on customers. She works in our Sales department and is the first contact person for inquiries. Francesca's main tasks include generating leads, building relationships with clients and clinics, and closing deals. She also gives presentations, attends networking events, and visits trade shows to represent MedITEX.
